These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit, browse, or purchase from Sensitint. By using the store, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Returns policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

About Sensitint

Sensitint is a Canadian online retailer of Korean skincare and beauty products. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the commerce platform we use to offer products and services to you.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction, or use the store with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or security-disrupting purposes; introduce harmful code; scrape or copy the store in a way that interferes with service; or attempt unauthorized access.

Product information and personal care

We aim to present product names, photographs, shades, sizes, ingredients, and descriptions accurately. Screens and lighting can affect colour, and manufacturers may change packaging or formulas. Always check the product label and packaging you receive, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities.

Our ingredient notes, routine suggestions, quiz results, and educational content are general information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. A product being included in a sensitive-skin edit does not guarantee it will suit every person. Patch test when appropriate, stop use if irritation occurs, and consult a qualified health professional about persistent symptoms or personal medical concerns.

Prices, availability, and orders

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and currency conversion may apply as shown or described at checkout. Product availability is not guaranteed. An order confirmation acknowledges our receipt of your order; we may decline or cancel an order for stock, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention, shipping restriction, or legal reasons. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Please provide complete and accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. Contact us promptly if something is wrong. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once fulfilment begins.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping Policy explains delivery estimates, split shipments, tracking, customs, and address issues. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains eligibility and the request process. Those policies form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law.

Accounts, reviews, and communications

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Content you submit must be honest, lawful, and must not infringe another person’s rights. If you submit a review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, format, and use it in connection with the store and our marketing, subject to our Privacy Policy. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email at any time. We may still send transactional messages about orders, accounts, policy changes, or customer service.

Intellectual property

The Sensitint name, logo, original text, graphics, page design, and other store content are owned by or licensed to Sensitint and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may use the store for personal, non-commercial shopping only unless we give written permission.

Third-party services and links

The store may link to or rely on third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control.

Service changes and availability

We may correct errors, update content, change or discontinue features, or restrict access when reasonably necessary. We do not promise that the store will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not exclude warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Where liability may lawfully be limited, Sensitint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products. Any permitted limitation applies only to the extent allowed by the law that applies to you.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Sensitint for reasonable losses or costs caused by your unlawful use of the store, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
