Found the same product cheaper somewhere else? Tell us before you order, and if it meets the terms below we will match it. This applies to anything we sell.

What we compare

We compare the total you would actually pay: the item, shipping, duties and any fees, delivered to the address on your order, in CAD. A low sticker price often costs more by the time it reaches you, so the total is the only fair test. If the other price is in another currency, we convert it on the day we check.

What qualifies

Same brand, product, size and shade, current version, sold on its own.
New and sealed.
Sold to the public by the brand, or by a shop the brand lists as a stockist.
In stock, and they ship it to your address themselves.
Their shipping and import charges are shown, so the two totals can be compared.
You ask before you place your order, and you send us a link we can open.

What does not qualify

Marketplace, auction and other third party sellers.
Wholesale, trade, duty free, group buy and subscription pricing.
Refurbished, open box, tester, clearance, liquidation or short dated stock.
Member only, app only or coupon stacked pricing.
Flash sales, limited quantity drops and store wide sale events.
Bundles, gifts with purchase, multi buy deals, and any price that depends on buying something else.
Obvious pricing errors, and prices below the floor a brand sets for its sellers.
Our own past prices and our own sale prices.

How it works

Send the form below before you order. We will check it and email you. Asking does not hold the price or the stock, so please wait for our answer rather than ordering first.

If it qualifies, we adjust your price before you buy. It covers that one product, for your own order rather than for resale, and it does not stack with other discounts. If our own price is lower when you order, you pay ours.

We will not sell below what we paid, so where a price sits under our own cost we will tell you instead of matching it. We only decline a request if it does not meet this page, if we cannot verify it, or if it looks set up for resale.
